Group Classes

Titans Fitness offers group classes seven days a week, morning and nights, to accommodate any schedule. All of our instructors are talented and experienced, and they’ll make sure every member is getting the most out of every class. We have classes to suit everyone. From kickboxing to spinning to body sculpting, you’re sure to find a class you love. Complimentary with any membership, our group classes are a great way to get in shape and have fun at the same time.
     

 

Titans Fitness clubs offers FREE group classes. BOOT CAMP CLASSES require advance registration.
TITANS FITNESS reserves the right to change or cancel the exercise class schedule at any time. This includes the addition or deletion of ANY classes as well as changes in instructors, class times and length.
All classes 1 hour except where noted *30 or *45 min.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PILATES – Inspired Mat Workout – This class strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture and flexibility while uniting body and mind to create a more streamline shape. These Pilates inspired movements improve core strength, balance and flexibility while creating a longer, leaner body.

MAXIMAL BODY SCULPT -Challenge your muscles to the max in this super toning class which focuses on muscular strength and endurance. Use a variety of equipment for optimal results.

SCULPT X-PRESS – You can work all the major muscle groups in just 45 minutes. A great way to get started.

YOGA – A disciplined program that aims to control weight, reduce stress, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility.

ZUMBA – Ditch the workout and Zumba your way to fitness. This International Dance Party will get you in shape in no time

CARDIO STEP – Low impact and high intensity, step is a great workout for tightening and defining every muscle in the lower body while arm movements condition the upper body.

KILLER CORE - 15 minutes of straight core work/ abdominals. Stick with this and you'll have that flat stomach we all dream about!

BUTT & GUT - A half hour of straight ab and glute work! You'll get a great workout from this express class.

BOOTCAMP - A class that mixes various different exercises including plyometrics and interval training with little rest between exercises. Our bootcamp classes are the newest way to get in shape and challenge your body. We offer a variety of styles of bootcamps, but all of them will motivate you to push yourself to the limit and get the body you want.

CARDIO KICKBOXING w/ BAGS - Kickboxing Workout designed to be the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to the tight, toned fighter’s body you seek. You’ll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group. At the same time, you’ll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement… and a whole new attitude walking down the street.

BOXING CONDITIONING - An EXPLOSIVE workout experience complete with powerful heavy bag and focus mitt drills.Cardio Endurance, Balance, Rhythm, Coordination, Strength, Technique, Tone, Alignment, Plyometric Training. Endurance focused shadow boxing complemented by intervals of jump rope.

KICKBOXING MIXX - Sweat off the calories during this fun and addicting 60 minute kickboxing workout. This class is a blend of kickboxing (w/ and w/out bags), rhythm and plyometrics.

MUSCLE WORKS - Excellent class for all fitness levels. A non-competitive class for strength training and toning purposes using all studio props (bands, bosu, steps, free weights, med balls, body bar). Focusing on all muscles and core strength, muscle tissue is built and joint integrity is enhanced. If you want results try this class!

SUPER SCULPT & STRETCING - This non-aerobic workout utilizes weights, resistive tubing, body bars and floor work to define, firm and condition major muscle groups. Builds strength and endurance in the entire body. Includes abs workout and stretching. Stretching is designed to promote length, elasticity, and flexibility of the muscles.

CARDIO FUSION XPRESS - Getting bored with your 30 minute cardio routine? Come join us. We'll alternate easy and hard aerobic moves to boost your heart rate without even stepping foot on a machine. Remember, exercising just 30 minutes a day can also boost immune function so you spend less time down with a cold or the flu.
