10-Week “Results-Driven” Program
An innovative 10-week workout program is the perfect training plan designed to jump-start your weight loss and maintain it. It's fast, it's fun, and it’s effective.
This "results-driven" program is the fastest and best way to lose those extra pounds. It includes:
- Orientation and Health Assessment with our Personal Training Director
- Custom Design Program based on your goals, interests, time and fitness level
- Body Composition, Measurements, Cardio, Strength & Flexibility tests
- Diet Recommendations with healthy, practical and proven suggestions for reaching your weight loss goals.
- Two ½ hour PT sessions per week (warm-up, upper and lower body strength intervals, calorie-burning cardio, innovative power moves and exercise tools, stretching and cool-down)
- Individualized Interval Treadmill program (customized to your fitness level and personal goals, it will help you increase endurance and burn more calories; incorporates cardio walk, speed intervals, incline intervals, power mix etc.)
This program is designed for individuals who have had a prior injury, completed physical therapy, and want to get back in shape while still keeping with any post-therapeutic exercises.
